You will take
your meals in the dining room or outside on one of our
terraces.
Those privileged and pleasant moments will allow us to
discuss your daily excursions, the regions' resources,
or any topic about improving our world.
You will have the opportunity of tasting orange salads
with green tea and dates; melon juice with spice bread;
veal stew with ginger and coriander; barbecue of marinated
meats; broccoli puree with apples.
Let's not forget one of our local specialties featuring
the famous Pelardon cheese from the Cevennes!
